The new Sport Director of Roma Monchi believes that the Wolves have major prerequisites for a development. The Former Director of Sevilla was appointed because of his qualities on the the transfer market.
`I want to take that opportunity to respond to all who texted me in the last few days.`, said Monchi at a press conference. `I don`t think of myself as the best Sport Director in the world. I just had the opportunity to do a good job and over time it has given results.`
`It is true that I had a lot of offers when I decided to leave Sevilla. But I chose Roma because here the preconditions for development are very large. We are not starting from scratch, because Walter Sabatini did an amazing job, the same is true for Ricky Massara as well. The possibility of development is huge.`
`I know that I will have the opportunity to put my ideas. I know the potential of Juventus, but I am ambitious to work harder. It won`t be easy to "melt" their lead, but not impossible. I see that in the team there are players who are able to do that. We need a lot of work. I already feel like an integral part of Roma and I promise to work very much!`, said Monchi.
