Mad De Rossi: Why the hell do I go in? We need a victory, not a draw!'

The Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi confirmed his retirement from Italy`s national team after a 0-0 draw with Sweden in Milan and an unsuccessful attempt by the `Azzurri` to qualify for World Cup 2018 in Russia. The 34-year-old midfielder ended his career in the Italian national football team with 117 matches and 21 goals. In 2006, in Germany, De Rossi was a part of the Italian team, which won the fourth world title in the history of the country.

At the same time, the Internet is gaining more and more popularity on the video showing how De Rossi`s back on the bench is reacting angrily when he receives instructions from a man from the Italians` headquarters to start warming up to play. The veteran turns to the coach with the words: `Why the hell do we go in? We need a victory, not a draw! `Besides, De Rossi points to Napoli Lorenzo Insinje, the Napolie striker next to him, who has stayed in the 90 minutes of the bench and has never app eared in the game. Italian coach Jampiero Ventura released three offensive footballers in the second half - Stefan El Shaarauwy, Andrea Belotti, and Federico Bernardeski, but the `Azzurri` failed to score a goal in Sweden. Thus the Scandinavians qualified for the World Cup after a total score of two matches according to soccer rankings with Italy 1:0.
