The dates for the new season in England are already clear

The English Football Association announced the key dates for season 2015/2016. The start of the season will begin with the tradition for the Community Shield, which was on 2 August, and opposed the champion of England and the holder of the Cup.
That means Chelsea will understand your adversary on 30 May when arsenal and Aston Villa face each other in the finals of the FA Cup.
The season starts in Premier League on 8 August and the final of the FA Cup is scheduled for 21 may 2016 and will be played at Wembley traditionally.
The interesting thing in this case is the little time that remains to prepare the footballers playing in England for the European Championship in France in 2016, which began only 20 days after the FA Cup final.
This is a precedent, since for the first time, the players will have a week less to prepare. The players from the English Championship have always had the opportunity to train at least 26 days before participation in the World Championships in 2010 and 2014, as well as the EU in 2012.
The exception is the European Championships in 2008, of which England failed to qualify. Then the period between the FA Cup final and the start of the Championship of the old continent was 21 days.
